Even secular Historians do not buy Dan Brown's theory, simply because he makes too many mistakes to begin with. Many of his 'researched' facts turn out to be quite false, and you don't have to go through a Christian source to discover that.

It is not just Christians who have an issue with how the truth is shown here, but the people who actually know the stuff.

One may not like Christianity, but it would not make one any smarter to buy any hot theory about it that pops up, as much as it seems cool. It's best to get one's facts straight first.

When one hears something that seems to be the final confirmation about what they would like to believe, wouldn't they check out the facts themselves to see if the news is true? It is odd how one decides to take his authority from nothing but a case presented in a work of fiction when the case has been shown not to stand up to reality at all.

Now I'm not sure what this is, but it seems to be the very same mistake that one makes of people accepting religion without checking it out, and now one accepts Dan Brown without checking it out.

No, I do not think simply because you are not into religion your mind is free, it seems that one simply thinks in the very same way, but now about different things.

There are tonnes of error in the movie/book. The historical facts of the knights templar and judaism/pagan history are all wrong. also baptist john as mary. the pic shows how they are reacting to the situation. john is depicted as a young boy in many of davinci's works. if it IS mary, where is john? under the table?


And for once. DVC is a novel. u can find it in the FICTION shelves. robert langdon is some imaginary guy Dan brown came up with. and the LOUVRE has nothing below it's chalice. people have scanned it with sonar already. Gnostic gospels claim some of the stupidest things like jesus bullying boys and turning stones to birds. they are the same gospels as ones who claim mary as jesus's wife.
